Today we are learning about how to simplify our sentences. I do not like because when you write active sentence, you have to write more. Also I got my paper back the first assignment. The teacher was very generous with my grade. I know my grammar is very bad. I am still working on it. I will turn in the other paper next week 150 points. I am little concern. I will miss Wednesday class, it is going to be a disadvantage for me

7/16 journal

Today we talked about how affect the technology in our life. It was a very good topic. Everybody commented that some many people use Facebook to post their personals problems. Also we talked about how much our kids expend time using computers or phone. Some many things to learn about these topic because it has negative and positive sides.

According to GPS tracking system, the GPS is very useful in many situations. It  Helps to many people, For example Hikers, research  biologist, Skiers, natural disaster, police, business, help parents and help the departments of 911 to find people. Also helps to use in personal uses.

For example: GPS tracking devices are used more often with police and emergency calls. This technology helps them to monitor the activities of criminals and to have evidence to arrest them. For example in New York there was a thief who was stealing painkillers in different pharmacies. The police had to put GPS tracking device in decoy bottle to be able to catch the thief. With efficiently the police arrested the criminal that already had record of sexual abuse and robbery. New York Time. (Goldstein &Schwirtz) 

4rd Journal

Today I am back into my routine while I am thinking about my sister. It was a difficult day. But after I went to school, I felt better. I thought it would be too late to turn in my homework but I realized that I still have time. Today Kamari teach us how to write a summary and how to look in our book to find the work cited according to our research. It was fun to move to different location to continue our class. I felt like our group was very closed and connected.
